农村留守儿童教育及其政策分析

摘要:

农村留守儿童是我国城市化进程中产生的特殊群体,主要分布在我国中南部地区的劳动力输出大省,农村留守儿童主要在学习、生活、心理、品行、安全等方面存在一些问题。党和国家陆续出台了一系列政策,加强了对留守儿童的保护、维权、教育与关爱,但仍存在问题。应完善法律体系,建立健全学校、家庭、社会三位一体的关爱服务网络,建立农村留守儿童信息数据库,完善动态监测机制,促进农村留守儿童教育状况的不断改善。

Abstract:

Left-behind children in rural areas are a special group emerging from the urbanization in our country,mainly distributed in the major labor force exporting provinces in central and southern China.Rural left-behind children encounter many problems in such aspect as study,life,psychology,behavior and safety.A series of policies have been promulgated by the Party and state,which have improved the protection,rights protection,education of and love for left-behind children,but problems still exist.The legal system should be perfected.The service network made of schools,families and communities should be built and improved.The information database of left-behind children in rural areas should be set up,and the dynamic monitoring mechanism should be established to promote the continuous improvement of the education for rural left-behind children.
