迈向素养生长:智能时代课堂反馈观的变革、危机与纾解

摘要:

在人机共生的时代语境下,智能时代课堂反馈观的变革将遵循教育“迈向素养生长”的内部演变规律,提出“依何而来”“现状如何”“向何而行”的时代之问。究其根本,在学习范式转变驱动下,智能时代课堂反馈观以螺旋式上升的演进形式完成了“反馈传递”“反馈加工”“反馈连接”“反馈流通”四阶段的反馈表征转变,此为“依何而来”;然而,技术赋能逻辑与素养生长逻辑之间尚存在调和问题,需对“现状如何”进一步辩证探究,明晰其回应素养生长的潜在危机:反馈关系之技术越位遮蔽主体认同,反馈图谱之内容离散阻滞知识建构,反馈机制之设计失控干扰自主调节,反馈权力之结构失衡破坏生态保障;进而,分别以身份重构、数据融通、干预诊断、伦理制衡来对应重构智能时代课堂反馈观变革的实践路径,促进素养生长从“流通阻滞”转向“生态联通”,展望智能时代课堂反馈观赋能素养生长“向何而行”,由此把握变革方向,化解变革危机,守护变革本质,促进智能时代课堂反馈观的变革真正迈向素养生长。

Abstract:

In the context of human-machine symbiosis, the transformation of classroom feedback in the intelligent era will follow the internal evolution law of education“towards competency growth”,and raise the questions of“where it comes from”,“what it is like now”and“where it is going”.Fundamentally, driven by the transformation of learning paradigms, the classroom feedback view in the intelligent era has completed the transformation of feedback representation in four stages of“feedback transmission”,“feedback processing”,“feedback connection”and“feedback circulation”in a spiral ascending form, which is“where it comes from”.However, there are still reconciliation problems between the logic of technology empowerment and the logic of competency growth.It is necessary to further dialectically explore“what it is like now”and clarify its potential crises in response to competency growth: the technological overreach of feedback relationship obscures subject identity, the content dispersion of feedback map hinders knowledge construction, the design out of control of feedback mechanism interferes with autonomous regulation, and the structural imbalance of feedback power undermines ecological guarantee.Then, respectively, identity reconstruction, data integration, intervention diagnosis, and ethical balance are used to correspond to the practical paths of reconstructing the transformation of classroom feedback in the intelligent era, promoting the transformation of competency growth from“circulation blockage”to“ecological connection”,and looking forward to the empowerment of classroom feedback in the intelligent era“where it is going”,thereby grasping the direction of transformation, resolving transformation crises, and safeguarding the essence of transformation, promoting the transformation of classroom feedback in the intelligent era to truly move towards competency growth.
